Soccer Club

The North Oaks Soccer Club Club is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization provides a unique development option for players and families looking for intensified skill work that helps players develop a deeper understanding for the tactical elements of the game for the U5/U6 to U19 boys and girls demographic.

A brief History of the North Oaks Soccer Club is located on our website.

Our three primary objectives:

  1. Serve Three Levels. All for a more serious soccer player starting at the U9 Level. Provide (1) Academy; (2) Development and; (3) Recreational Levels with special age appropriate programs for the U5/U6-U8 levels. All programs designed for a serious soccer players interested in higher-level technical development and tactical awareness.
  2. Train under D.R.E.A.(M). Development Philosophy. As much of a principal philosophy as it is a process, D.R.E.A.(M) delivers intensified technical work and challenges players into developing greater vision and awareness of the tactical elements of the game around the principles of: Discipline, Responsibility, Effort, Attitude and a "fifth" principle each team feels Motivates them.
  3. Allow players to balance other interests in their lives. NOSC leadership knows from experience, that academy, development and recreational players can find success and still manage multiple interests.

Finally, our primary focus is the youth (U5/U6-U8) of the City of North Oaks and then the City of North Oaks and surrounding communities for the U9 and above levels described earlier. We have had some interest in adult (40+ and 50+) small-sided games and/or an organized team competing at a neighboring community league (40+ or 50+), which we are open to supporting for our parents and neighbors as deemed appropriate. We generally play in the sponsored seasons and tournaments of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) and U.S. Club Soccer.
