North Oaks Natural Resources Commission & Tick Task Force Survey
The North Oaks Natural Resources Commission and the Tick Task Force are collecting data on the incidence of tick borne illness among North Oaks residents through a rolling survey. This survey is meant to be completed at the time of a deer tick encounter or diagnosis of a tick borne illness. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
