Early Voting: Vote in Person

Beginning January 19, 2024 Ramsey County voters may vote in-person for the Presidential Primary Nomination via absentee ballot. To view what's on your ballot - click HERE. 

There is no early voting at North Oaks City Hall.  For complete hours, dates of Early voting locations, visit the Ramsey County Elections website or call the Ramsey County Elections Office at 651-266-2171. 

  • Beginning January 19, 2024: Ramsey County Elections Office

  • Beginning February 16th: 

Shoreview County Library - 4560 Victoria St N, Shoreview, MN 55126

Roseville County Library - 2180 Hamline Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113

The primary election will take place on Tuesday, March 5th from 7 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Both Precinct 1 and 2 vote at City Hall.  All residents must vote at their assigned polling locations on Election Day.
