Planning Commission Meeting / Public Hearing

***This is a reschedule of the July 29th, 2021 Planning commission meeting which was immediately adjourned due to lack of quorum.

Planning Commission members will participate by telephone or other electronic means pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.021.

Any person wishing to monitor the meeting and make commentary, may do so by calling the following Zoom meeting videoconference number: 1-312-626-6799, Webinar ID: 823 0778 8687 or by joining the meeting via the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82307788687.  Individuals wishing to monitor the meeting remotely, without making commentary, may do so in real time by watching the livestream of the meeting on North Oaks Channel 16 and on CTV Nine North website.

Due to lack of Quorum, this is a reschedule of the original July 29th Planning Commission meeting / public hearing.  This meeting will be held via ZOOM ONLY.

The Agenda Packet for the upcoming Thursday, August 5th, 2021 regular meeting of the Planning Commission is posted. There will be a public hearing to review 12 Cherrywood  Circle and 2 Lost Rock CUP applications as part of this meeting. There will also be discussion on 12 Swallow Lane Septic variance application.
