Age-Friendly Grant Open House

Age-Friendly North Oaks

The City of North Oaks has been awarded an Age-Friendly Minnesota (AFMN) Grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services. The grant is for a community visioning project to create an Age-Friendly Community Vision and Strategic Action Plan for the City.

The first step in this process is a survey to gather information from residents. The results from this survey will be used to create a vision statement and age-friendly principles to be used to create the final plan.

There are two opportunities to participate:

1. Complete the online survey by December 22^nd. Visit https://arcg.is/1Cjfmu
2. Attend our open house on December 20^th at the North Oaks Golf Ball Room. This is an opportunity to learn more about the age-friendly grant process, ask questions and provide additional feedback. There will be an opportunity to complete the survey at the open house. Please RSVP here (https://bit.ly/NO-AgeFriendly) by December 15^th for one of the two open house time slots below (the same information will be presented at each time slot). There will be light refreshments and a cash bar.
   1. 4:00-5:00PM (presentation at 4:15PM)
