The City of North Oaks has a long-standing relationship supporting nonprofit organization Northeast Youth and Family Services, whose mission is to provide mental health and community support through the following:
- Clinic-based and telehealth counseling for all ages
- School-based Services
- Day treatment services for middle and high school youth
- Diversion programming for youth
- Community Advocate services
- Senior chore services
