What are the speed and parking regulations for North Oaks?
The maximum speed in North Oaks is 30 mph, with the exception of the Rapp Farm Development which is 20 mph. Excess speed is subject to ticketing.
There is no overnight parking on North Oaks street's between 2 - 6 a.m. No vehicle is to be parked on the roadside for more than 10 consecutive hours. If you have guests for a special event, please instruct them to park on 1 side of the road to allow traffic to flow through on our narrow roads (it does not matter which side, guests should just follow on the same side at the first car to arrive). Contact the City of North Oaks if you are hosting an event and expecting a large amount of excess vehicles.
