** City Hall is open to the public, with electronic means of conducting business still available.  If you do not wish to use the ONLINE permit portal above, you are welcome to mail the physical permits below with check payment, or email permits to northoaks@northoaksmn.gov and you will be contacted for Credit card payment. Contact City Hall at 651-792-7750 with any questions during business hours: M-Thursday 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m. - Noon.
